Our management team recognized the dormant potential, breathing new life into this iconic establishment.

The restoration process was a delicate dance between preserving the old and embracing the new. The architectural soul of the grand old dame was retained, while subtle accents were added to reimagine its place in Bali’s culinary narrative.
